Cop Sodomized Young Boy and Only Recieves 30 Days in Jail

Police Officer Christopher Allen Carson Mugshot
A police officer from Virginia charged with sodomizing and performing oral sex on a seventh grader gets an unconscionable plea bargain, will spend just 30 days in jail and will not have to register as a sex offender.

Were he and the judge both members of NAMBLA?

Police Officer Christopher Allen Carson background

Thirty-year-old Virginia State Trooper Christopher Allen Carson (pictured above) was charged with a multitude of child sex crimes including but not limited to exposing himself and forcibly sodomizing a seventh grade boy in 2001. He was also charged with performing oral sex on the same boy while that boy slept. The boy (who is now in his late twenties) says he came forward after witnessing the media coverage of the Jerry Sandusky sex abuse trial and empathizing with the victims.
The boy’s disclosures prompted the Virginia State Police to conduct an internal review of Carson, during which they determined that on two separate instances Carson had given pornographic videos to another minor in 2011. However, despite the seriousness of the charges and the seemingly evident pattern of behavior, Carson appears to have been given what amounts to a free pass.

Herman A. Whisenant Jr. Steps in as Judge of the proceedings

Retired Judge Herman A. Whisenant Jr. was the judge of the proceedings. Whisenant is a retired judge, who only participates in a minimal number of cases to which he is specially appointed. In this case it is likely that Whisenant was appointed to the case to avoid another local judge from having to persecute a member of the Virigina State Police. As noted by TheFullCourtPress judges such as Whisenant are usually appointed when the state has an interest in the case being decided in a certain manner, and “a local judge who is accountable to his community won’t do it.”

Officer Carson gets plea deal

I like to believe there is a difference between special treatment and a miscarriage of justice. Special treatment is when a cop lets a fellow cop out of a speeding ticket. Allowing an alleged child rapist off the hook with no more than what amounts to a slap on the wrist is a miscarriage of justice. In this case, Judge Whisenant agreed to plea deal, which saw Carson having most of the charges against him dropped.
The plea bargain came just one day before a jury trial was set to begin. Shockingly, the charges of forcible sodomy and indecent liberties with a child were dropped as part of the deal. While Whisenant did initially recommend a nine-year prison sentence for Carson, only 30 days of that sentence will actually be served due to the plea bargain. Carson will remain on probation for two years following his month term in prison, but he will not be forced to register as a sex offender.
I don’t know all of the facts of the case, however, from what I do know, this is despicable. It is bad enough that a person whose job is to protect children could have abused that power for their own sick and twisted benefit, but allowing this pervert to walk free is a government approved stab in the back to every child who has ever been sexually abused. Shame on Chritopher Allan Carson for committing these heinous crimes, and shame on Judge Herman A. Whisenant and all others in the Virginia court system who aided this monstrous criminal.

Double standard?

If I haven’t presented enough information in this article to convince you that Officer Carson received a free pass, then consider for a second that Judge Whisenant presided over a very similar case in 2012. In that case, thirty five year old Donald Hausen was charged with sexual battery, manufacturing child pornography, and distribution and possession of child pornography. He was convicted and sentenced to 66 years, and will also have to register as a sex offender upon release.

War on Drugs continues

It’s worth mentioning that the state of Virginia still has some of the toughest sentences in the country. Just, apparently, not for Police Officers charged with sexual abuse. For example, back in 2013 thirty-year-old Joaquin Vicencio, and twenty-four year old Joaquin Cortes were sentenced to eleven years and ten years, respectively, for growing Marijuana. What kind of world do we live in where people growing a plant get harsher sentences than alleged child rapists?

Newport News Cop Arrested for Indecent Exposure

A police officer was charged Sunday with indecent exposure, according to a police spokesman.
About 9:15 a.m. Sunday, officers were sent to the 700 block of Harpersville Road on a report of a man exposing himself, police wrote in a news release. When they arrived, they talked to witnesses who told them a nude man had been standing on the porch. When one of the officers approached the home, a nude man shut the front door, the release says. Police notified the department’s Special Victims Unit and obtained arrest warrants.

They charged Christopher E. Roush, 41, of the same address, with two counts of indecent exposure and one count of obscene sexual display, the release says. Roush, a master police officer, was released on his signature and is scheduled to appear in General District Court on April 24. Roush is on unpaid administrative leave, the release says. He has been with the department for nine years and is assigned to the south precinct.

In addition to the criminal inquiry, the department’s Professional Standards Office will conduct an administrative investigation. This is not the first time the officer has faced charges in Newport News. A police spokesman confirmed that Roush changed his name in the last year from Christopher E. Miner.

In January 2009, Miner was charged with abduction after a 27-year-old woman told police that he refused to allow her to leave a residence after they had spent a "social evening" together, according to a police news release. A month later he was charged with rape, abduction with the intent to defile and forcible sodomy, stemming from an incident that reportedly occurred at Miner's residence on Dec. 6.
Miner was acquitted in each of the two cases in 2010, according to The Daily Press.

Similar porch where the nasty and dirty police officer Christopher Roush
stood nude regularly and jacked off for passing cars. Police never came-
but Roush sure did.

Police Stomp Black Woman To Death

Alesia Thomas dies after being kicked by police

The Los Angeles Police Department is investigating at least five officers after one of them allegedly stomped on a woman’s genitals and she later died of suffocation.

Patrol car video camera captured a struggle between police and Alesia Thomas and several officers on July 22, according to the Los Angeles Times. LAPD Cmdr. Bob Green admitted to the Times that a female officer had followed through with a threat to kick Thomas in the genitals when she resisted being put into the patrol car. Video shows a restrained Thomas struggling to breath in the back of the patrol car. She was taken to a local hospital and later died.

Officers had been attempting to arrest Thomas on suspicion of child endangerment. After the woman resisted arrest, she was put into handcuffs and they placed a “hobble restraint device,” or a binding strap binding, around her ankles. The original police report did not mention the kick to Thomas’ genitals.
“I take all in-custody death investigations very seriously and directed the officers involved be removed from field duties until further details are known, including what part intoxicants and physical conditions contributed,” a statement from LAPD Chief Charlie Beck said. “I am confident we will get to the truth no matter where that leads us.”

Neighbor Gerald McCrary Sr., 55, told the Times that the woman was the aggressor, not the police.
“They were talking to her, asking her to calm down, that everything will be all right,” he explained.
The investigation comes just one day after Beck reassigned the commanding officer of the department’s Foothill Division after video showed two of his officers repeatedly body slamming a handcuffed 34-year-old nurse.
