Michael Lyn Plumadore was held without bond after his arrest Monday night in the death of Aliahna Lemmon, 9.

 

 

 The Associated Press, quoting one of the 15 sex offenders living at Northway Woods, reports that Aliahna Lemmon's mother had recently moved to the trailer park to take care of her father, James E. Lemmon, a convicted sex offender who had emphysema.

James Lemmon died Dec. 3 at age 66, Oberlin-Turnbull Funeral Home of Hamilton said. State prison records show that he was convicted March 6, 2006, of child molestation. 

The official cause of Aliahna's death was pending completion of an autopsy Wednesday, but a preliminary coroner's report concluded that "the manner of death was homicide."

An affidavit filed Tuesday by Allen County sheriff's investigators said Michael Len Plumadore, 39, of the Northway Woods trailer park in Fort Wayne, confessed to having killed and dismembered Aliahna on Friday. Her head, hands and feet were found in a freezer in Plumadore's home; the rest of her body was scattered elsewhere in the area.

Plumadore was held without bail Tuesday pending formal charges.

Plumadore lives in the same trailer park as Aliahna — who a relative said was partly blind and deaf —  and her two younger sisters, and he often baby-sat for them. The girls had been staying with Plumadore for about a week because their mother was ill.

Plumadore isn't on Allen County's sex offender registry — court records show only convictions for trespassing, assault and auto theft in Florida and North Carolina.

But Northway Woods is one of an increasing number of isolated locations around the country that have become havens for registered sex offenders, who in most states  must not live within a certain distance of places where children congregate, such as schools and churches. 

 

The Allen County sheriff's registry shows that 15 sex offenders live at Northway Woods, a small mobile home park with 54 lots, only about 25 of which are occupied. Among them are men with multiple felony convictions for sexual abuse of a minor and child molestation. 

In other words, three-fifths of the occupied units there house a registered sex offender. That's an extraordinary concentration in Indiana, which has only 137 registered sex offenders per 100,000 population — the third-lowest figure of all 50 states, according to data compiled by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

Seven other registered offenders live within 2 miles of the trailer park, the registry shows — meaning nearly 5 percent of all of the county's 537 registered sex offenders live within a short walk of one another.

"You see it on TV all the time in other states, in other places, but this is in our own backyard," said Kathleen McKee, who lives in the Northway Woods park. "It's in our own home, and it's scary."

"I feel for the family, because I have three children myself — two daughters and a son," McKee told NBC station WISE of Fort Wayne. "I can't imagine what that family is feeling, especially around Christmas time."

Before he was arrested, Plumadore gave a brief interview Monday morning to WISE. The station hasn't aired the interview, which could be used as evidence in the case, but it reported that Plumadore said he was going in to take a polygraph test and that he, too, was eager to find Aliahna.

Bradley Cook of Kirkwood pleaded guilty today in federal court in Kansas City to commercial sex trafficking of a young, mentally deficient woman who prosecutors says was coerced into being a sex slave for several years while she was tortured in a trailer home located in a wooded area outside Lebanon, Missouri. Cook, also known as "PutHer2GoodUse," admitted to commercial sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion.



In an announcement today federal prosecutors say that Cook watched the victim, identified in court documents as "FV" (female victim), being sexually abused and tortured in live online sessions and as depicted in photos and videos that he downloaded from the Internet. Cook, 33, admitted that he traveled to Lebanon on multiple occasions between 2006 and 2009 to engage in sessions of sexual acts and torture with the victim. In exchange, Cook paid the victim's "master" for these sessions with such items as computer hard drives that contained images and videos of bondage, domination, sadism and masochism, which he had downloaded from the Internet.



Cook admitted that he was aware that the victim was coerced into these sexual acts and that she was unable or did not want to consent to any of these acts. He also confessed that he was aware of other men who engaged in sexual acts and torture with the victim. He witnessed the victim being whipped and locked in a dog cage, as well as being tied up and shocked with multiple electrical devices. Cook described the abuse suffered by the victim as the "most extreme" he had ever seen.

Cook told prosecutors that the victim, who he and his accomplices referred to as "slave," was "not that smart " and did not have a good grasp of the English language.

Cook also admitted that he suggested ideas of how to make money off of the victim by selling images of her torture on a paid Web site. He provided new tips and techniques of how to torture and engage in sadistic sexual acts with females.



In today's binding plea agreement, the government and Cook jointly recommend to the court a set sentence of 20 years in federal prison without parole. Cook must also pay restitution to the victim. In addition to the sentence of imprisonment, the court may impose a term of supervised release up to life. Cook must also forfeit to the government the computer media he used to commit the offense. Today's plea agreement doesn't provide Cook any credit for cooperating with the government.



At one point, prosecutors claimed that Cook tried to arrange for a hit man to kill one of the Cynthia Cordes, the lead prosecutor in the case, as well as the "slave" to keep her from testifying."

Under the terms of today's plea agreement, the charge surrounding the murder-for-hire of the sex victim was dismissed. The allegation that he wanted the prosecutor dead could be brought up in the sentencing phase, resulting in additional prison time. Prosecutors also agreed to dismiss a related indictment against Cook for being a drug user in possession of a firearm. A sentencing hearing will be scheduled after the completion of a pre-sentence investigation by the United States Probation Office.



Cook is the third defendant in this human trafficking case to plead guilty.

Co-defendant Dennis Henry, 51, of Wheatland, formerly the postmaster of Nevada, Mo., pleaded guilty to his role in the conspiracy to commit sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion. Henry also pleaded guilty to transporting the victim across state lines for sexual activity.



Henry admitted that he engaged in sex with the victim, and participated in torture sessions with FV that would last for hours. Henry saw pictures of FV's vagina sewn shut, which he was told was a form of punishment. Henry also admitted that he visited FV at a Lebanon strip club where she was forced to work. Under federal statutes, Henry is subject to a sentence of up to 15 years in federal prison without parole, plus a fine up to $500,000 and an order of restitution.



Co-defendant James Noel, 45, of Springfield, also pleaded guilty to participating in the conspiracy to commit sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion. Noel admitted that he was one of the customers who sexually abused and tortured FV. Noel watched the victim being tortured and sometimes operated torture devices himself beginning in 2006, when she was approximately 20 years old. For example, Noel knew that FV hated being electrocuted with a crank phone (which was wired inside FV's vaginal and anal openings and to her toes), which he described as "extremely painful," but he used it on her anyway.



Under federal statutes, Noel is subject to a sentence of up to five years in federal prison without parole, plus a fine up to $250,000 and an order of restitution.

Ed Bagley, the ringleader who allegedly lured the teen runaway into becoming his sex slave, has yet to plead guilty. His trial is slated to begin in February.
This case involving all four men is being prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorneys Cynthia L. Cordes, Paul Becker and John Cowles. It was investigated by the FBI in conjunction with the Human Trafficking Rescue Project.

They say FV allowed herself to be on the cover of the July 2009 issue of Taboo magazine. Bagley is also seen in that issue as well and is noted as saying “My slave girl is in Taboo magazine, but it’s the July issue, she is in and on the cover … Also, the interview about the slave and Myself is in the august issue of Taboo … It was a very fun experience,”.  Federal law prohibits any mentally ill or mentally retarded person to work in any type of sex industry. The FBI states that FV has mental disabilities.




From December 2002 to February 2009 he advertised online that she could be tortured and sexually abused in person or online through webcasts. He would stream live webcasts of these sessions to paying customers.  Dennis Henry, 50, of Wheaton, Mo., Michael Stokes, 62, of Lebanon, Mo., James Noel, 44, of Springfield, Mo. and Bradley Cook, 31, of St. Louis, Mo. were paying customers and watched FV being tortured and sexually abused.



Noel paid $300.00 to get his jollies off. Henry and Stokes actually met up with Bagley and tortured FV themselves. Cook also tortured, sexually abused her and downloaded video of Bagley torturing her. During these torture and abuse sessions, Bagley would suffocate and electrocute her. He would nail her labia and nipples to wooden planks, lock her in a suspended dog cage and also took part in water-boarding her.


In fact, Bagley was very creative in his torture techniques. He enjoyed beating, whipping, flogging, forced abortions with coat hangers, caining, skewering, hanging, caging, stapling, piercing and sewing up her urinary opening and vagina shut. Bagley also inserted a catheter and clamped the cord to avoid her from urinating for extended periods of time, used a sensory deprivation device and violent wands.



All with his wifes approval.

He electrocuted and suffocated her to the point that her body went into a state of shock. She went into cardiac arrest on February 27, 2009. Mrs. Bagley called 911 and Mr. Bagley performed CPR. FV was taken to the emergency room by ambulance and hospitalized.

Serial Rapist And Pervert Recieves 327 Year Prison Sentence

In October, Marc O'Leary pleaded guilty to brutally raping three women, including a 65-year-old, and attempting to do the same to a fourth who dove out a window to escape. He's now received his punishment: 327-and-a-half years in prison. And as is clear from the account below, he more than earned this jolt by his horrific behavior.

Between October 2009 and January 2011, O'Leary sexually assaulted three women over the course of several hours -- and a Golden Police affidavit in support of a warrantless arrest, on view below, provides details via the shocking story of one victim.

As was reported, the woman said she was awakened on a January morning by a masked man displaying a silver and black handgun. The man told her he would shoot her if she screamed, so she decided to cooperate, little knowing that her ordeal would last for more than four hours.

During this span, he dressed her in thigh high stockings and high heels he'd brought with him in a backpack that also included lubrication, moistened wipes and bottled water. In addition, he ordered her to apply makeup and lipstick and arrange her hair in pigtails, before photographing her in provocative poses he directed using a pink Sony camera. He also bound her using her own silk band, groped her breasts, probed her vagina and rectum, made her perform oral sex on him twice, forced intercourse without a condom and masturbated himself until he ejaculated on her face.

Afterward, the man instructed her to shower, and when she emerged, he was gone, along with all of the stuff he'd brought with him, plus her bed sheets, pajamas and panties.
The man, who said he'd been watching the woman since the previous August and had been in her apartment on multiple occasions, didn't remove his mask during his attacks. However, his victim saw the rest of him, including a shaved pubic area and an egg-shaped birthmark on his right leg that would prove key in identifying O'Leary. She also tried to draw him out in conversation, noting that he talked about the world consisting of "bravos and wolves."

Over the course of the subsequent investigation, Golden cops became aware of a similar case that had taken place in Lakewood the previous July -- one in which the victim says she suffered broken ribs, a punctured lung and fractured vertebrae. They also gained access to surveillance footage that caught a glimpse of a white pickup owned by O'Leary.

When officers later contacted O'Leary, they found he had a birthmark on his leg like the one recalled by his victim, as well as a pink Sony camera -- not to mention over 400 photos of sexual assaults.
By June, police suspected O'Leary of raping three women in Colorado, and trying to do the same to a fourth, in addition to sexually assaulting a woman in Washington state who was initially accused of false reporting. And testimony from court documents recalled the "bravos and wolves" remark the January rape victim remembered.
Specifically, one person quizzed by investigators at a June hearing said O'Leary was part of a "secret society" that saw the world as being divided into "alphas" and "bravos." O'Leary, of course, was an alpha, "and thus was entitled to have sexual intercourse with whomever he wanted."
From here on out, his options will be severely limited, at least in terms of gender. On Friday, the Jeffco DA's office notes that District Judge Phillip McNulty called O'Leary's actions "pure evil" and said that if he didn't smack him with a sentence long enough to keep him off the streets forever, he would be derelict in his duty.

An Amarillo elementary school teacher is currently out on bond and has been charged with sexually assaulting a 15-year-old boy in the back seat of her car during the halftime of a high school football game. According to an arrest affidavit in the Amarillo Globe-News, 34-year-old Julie Ann Moore approached the boy in the parking lot of Amarillo ISD's Dick Bivins Stadium and asked him if he "wanted to see something she had in her car." The boy later told police that she opened the glove box and showed him a box of condoms.

The boy said in the extremely detailed complaint that the two of them drove around the back of a nearby apartment complex, where she parked the car and they began making out in the rear seat.
The complaint further states that she removed her clothes first, and then his, and then Moore subjected the boy to a sexual assault lasting, by the boy's estimation, for ten or 15 minutes. The complaint then goes on to state that the pair were back in their seats for the second-half kickoff. 

A total of three 15-year-old boys were mentioned in the complaint, some of which was compiled by Texas Rangers, who investigated Moore for a month. The teacher is also accused of texting a 15-year-old boy 100 times, with about half of these texts being "extremely sexually explicit," according to the affidavit. In one such, she allegedly offered the boy oral sex. This same boy told investigators that he suspected that one of his 15-year-old friends had also been assaulted by Moore, though that child has yet to come forward.

Moore turned herself in to police last Tuesday and faces a charge of sexual assault of a child, a second-degree felony punishable by up to 20 years in prison. Under the conditions of her bond, the married Moore is also barred from being around any children other than her own.

Babysitter cut the throat of a four-year-old boy and sent a photo of his mutilated body to his own mother

A babysitter has been accused of slitting the throat of a four-year-old boy and sending a photo of his mutilated body to his mother to prove that he had killed the boy.

Terry Joe ‘TJ’ Volner took a series of photos after allegedly killing the boy, including one showing the dead boy's chin propped up by a stick.
Prosecutors said the 22-year-old man took the gruesome ‘trophy’ photos to prove to his mother Tina Miller, that he had killed the Dusty Guenther, the only son of Gina Guenther who Volner knew very well.

Charged: Terry Joe 'TJ' Volner was arrested and confessed to killing Dusty, who he was babysitting for at the time of the boy's death

Police say that he was jealous of Ms Guenther’s new boyfriend, though it is unclear whether or not she and Volner had ever dated. Volner was arrested after being found in Guenther's home with a self-inflicted stab wounds. Love letters from Volner to the boy's mother  were found in the home where the killing took place. Police said the mother's boyfriend had visited the house the night before the toddler was killed.  Ms Guenther is the mother of four, and at the time of the alleged murder one of her daughters was in the house but was not harmed.

At the time of the incident, Ms Guenther was at work while her two eldest daughters were at school. According to court documents, Volner used his cell phone to send pictures to his mother , though why he would want to prove that grizzly fact to her is beyond understanding.


He boasted that he had killed all four of the children as well as Ms Guenther’s new boyfriend, though the three daughters were untouched and no other bodies were found.
One of the pictures of the dead boy showed part of a man's arm with a tattoo, which helped investigators as they said Volner has the same tattoo on his arm.

 Volner was released from prison in March after a theft charge, and is thought to have stayed with the Guenthers on-and-off since

The victim was found last week in an ice covered lagoon near his home in Wright County, Missouri.
Volner, who was released from prison in March from a three year sentence for theft, had been staying with Ms Guenther on and off since his release.  

Sargent Casey Jadwin with the Missouri State Highway Patrol said that Volner confessed to him that he'd killed the child by stabbing him in the neck with a folding-knife.

He is being held in jail on a $1million bond.
Neighbors were left stunned by the boy's death.
‘It was very dreadful,’ neighbor Milt Granier said.  ‘In fact everybody cried about it in the community.
‘I was just flabbergasted, stunned because something like this was happening in our community.’

California prison psychiatrist accused of faking her own rape; blames Black Man

SACRAMENTO, Calif. -- She split her own lip with a pin, scraped her knuckles with sandpaper and had her friend punch her in the face. Investigators say she even ripped open her blouse, then wet her pants to give the appearance she had been knocked unconscious. But it was all part of what authorities said Friday was an elaborate hoax by the woman to convince her husband she was raped so they could move to a safer neighborhood. Charges filed by the Sacramento County district attorney allege Laurie Ann Martinez, a prison psychologist, conspired with the friend to create the appearance that she was beaten, robbed and raped by a stranger in April in her Sacramento home.

Martinez, her friend and two co-workers eventually told police the whole thing was a setup to convince Martinez's husband that they needed to move from a blighted, high-crime area three miles north of the state Capitol.

It didn't work. Instead, the couple filed for divorce six weeks after the April 10 incident, according to court records.

"If all you wanted to do is move, there's other ways than staging a burglary and rape," said Sacramento police Sgt. Andrew Pettit. "She went to great lengths to make this appear real."

Martinez, 36, a psychologist for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, reported she had come home that day to find a stranger in her kitchen, authorities said.

"As she tried to run away, the suspect grabbed her and hit her in the face," court records say in describing what she told police. "She lost consciousness and then when she awoke she found her pants and underwear pulled down to her ankles."

Missing from her home were two laptop computers, Martinez's purse, an Xbox video game console, a camera and numerous credit cards that Martinez said the stranger had stolen.

In reality, the items were all at the home of her friend, Nicole April Snyder, authorities allege. Investigators say Martinez had Snyder punch her in the face with boxing gloves they bought for that purpose.

Martinez began crying hysterically when police arrived, according to court papers.

Martinez's two lawyers in the family court actions, Russell Carlson and Ben Ramsey, did not immediately return telephone messages seeking comment. Her husband's attorneys in the family law case declined to comment.

Martinez was arrested Monday and freed on $50,000 bond. There is no record that she has a criminal attorney before her arraignment set for Monday. Snyder, 33, is charged with the same conspiracy counts, and a warrant has been issued for her arrest. Shelly Orio, a spokeswoman for the district attorney's office, said she had no indication that Snyder has retained an attorney.

If convicted of conspiracy, each woman faces up to three years in prison, Orio said.

Police detectives and crime scene investigators spent hundreds of hours on the case, until one of Martinez's prison co-workers came forward to say Martinez had been talking at work about faking a crime at her home to persuade her husband to move, Pettit said.

"It doesn't sit well for other women who really are victims, crying wolf," Pettit said.

Martinez had been a psychologist overseeing other mental health workers treating inmates at California State Prison, Sacramento, said department spokeswoman Terry Thornton. The prison 20 miles east of Sacramento was the scene this week of a fight among more than 150 inmates that sent 11 inmates to outside hospitals.

Thornton said Martinez was redirected to the department's headquarters in May, when the investigation began, and has had no contact with inmates since then. Thornton said the department also is conducting its own investigation.

Martinez did not immediately return an emailed request for comment left with Thornton.

Robert Kahane, executive officer of the California Board of Psychology, said Martinez's license currently is valid. However, "we are working diligently to ensure immediate and continued consumer protection as quickly as possible," he said.

The Senate on Thursday evening voted 93-7 to approve a defense authorization bill that includes a provision which not only repeals the military law on sodomy, it also repeals the military ban on sex with animals--or bestiality.

On Nov. 15, the Senate Armed Services Committee had unanimously approved S. 1867, the National Defense Authorization Act, which includes a provision to repeal Article 125 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ).

Article 125 of the UCMJ makes it illegal to engage in both sodomy with humans and sex with animals.
It states: "(a) Any person subject to this chapter who engages in unnatural carnal copulation with another person of the same or opposite sex or with an animal is guilty of sodomy. Penetration, however slight, is sufficient to complete the offense. (b) Any person found guilty of sodomy shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.”

Family Research Council President Tony Perkins said the effort to remove sodomy from military law stems from liberal Senate Democrats' and President Obama’s support for removing the military’s Don’t Ask Don’t Tell policy.

“It’s all about using the military to advance this administration’s radical social agenda,” Perkins told CNSNews.com. “Not only did they overturn Don’t Ask Don’t Tell, but they had another problem, and that is, under military law sodomy is illegal, just as adultery is illegal, so they had to remove that prohibition against sodomy.”

Perkins said removing the bestiality provision may have been intentional--or just “collateral damage”
“Well, whether it was inadvertent or not, they have also taken out the provision against bestiality,” he said. “So now, under the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), there’s nothing there to prosecute bestiality."
Former Army Col. Bob Maginnis said some military lawyers have indicated that bestiality may be prosecutable under another section of the military code of justice – the “catch-all” Article 134 for offenses against “good military order and discipline.” But don't count on that, he said.

“If we have a soldier who engages in sodomy with an animal – whether a government animal or a non-government animal – is it, in fact, a chargeable offense under the Uniform Code? I think that’s in question,” Maginnis told CNSNews.com.

“When the reader stops laughing, the reader needs to ask the question whether or not this is in the best interests of the government, in the best interests of the military and the best interests of the country? I think not.”

He added: “Soldiers, unfortunately, like it or not, have engaged in this type of behavior in the past. Will they in the future, if they remove this statute? I don’t know.”

Perkins said there was no attempt to remove the UCMJ repeal provision from the bill, which Perkins had expected the Senate to approve.

Now that it has passed, however, the Senate version will have to go to a conference committee, and Perkins predicts there will be several sticking points with the House.

“The House in their version of the defense authorization, reinforced the Defense of Marriage Act, saying that there is a military DOMA as well, prohibiting same-sex marriage on military bases – something the Department of Defense is pushing for,” he said.

“And now this is an added concern, that sodomy has been removed, and as we have discovered, that bestiality--the prohibition against it--has been removed from the Uniform Code of Military Justice. So yes, the House will have problems with this bill.”

Turkey and dressing were the furtherest things from her mind on Thanksgiving Day. A Texas woman was arrested after relatives said they caught her having sex with a 15-year-old boy on Thanksgiving Day.

The scene unfolded at a family gathering held on the holiday at a house in Oakridge Forest Lane.  Police arrested Amanda Billiris, 23, after relatives said they witnessed her having sexual intercourse with the boy, the arrest report states.

Billiris has been charged with second-degree felony sexual assault, punishable by two to 20 years in prison. According to Your Houston News, relatives caught Billiris in the midst of having sexual intercourse with the 15-year-old relative. According to the report, Billiris has bonded out of jail, and the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office is continuing it's investigation.

The unnamed boy said he couldn't wait to see what cousin Amanda was giving him for Christmas.
