COLORADO - The nationwide manhunt for three sibling fugitives is finally over.
The "Dougherty Gang" is now in custody after an alleged crime spree that began in Florida five days ago.
The manhunt for the Dougherty siblings ended with a high speed chase, and a crash in Colorado.
Police apprehended 29- year-old Lee Grace Dougherty and her brothers, 21-year-old Ryan, and 26-year-old Dylan, after they crashed their getaway car on Interstate 25.
One of the suspects tried to escape on foot.
The siblings are being hospitalized, one for a gunshot wound to the leg, the injuries described as non-life threatening.
The crime spree with the siblings continued with a bank robbery in Valdosta, Georgia.
The suspects fired high powered weapons at the ceiling and escaped in a white Subaru.
Authorities believe the fugitives were carrying an arsenal of weapons they had housed in an underground bunker in an abandoned Florida home.
The trio also tried buying ammunition for an AK-47 at a Colorado Walmart.
During the manhunt, Ryan Dougherty texted his mother writing "At one point we all have to die."
All three are now in custody.
