Kindergarden Children Among Dozens Shot in Connecticut

NEWTOWN, Conn. — A shooting at a Connecticut elementary school Friday left 27 people dead, including 18 children, an official told The Associated Press.

The gunman killed his own brother, then went to the elementary school where his mother worked and killed her and her students.

The official spoke on condition of anonymity because the investigation was still under way.
The shooting appeared to be the nation's second-deadliest school shooting, exceeded only by the Virginia Tech massacre in 2007, which left 33 people dead, including the gunman.

Multiple news agencies reported that the shooter was 24-year-old Ryan Lanza, a former Quinnipiac student who had a home in Hoboken, N.J. NBC News is reporting that his mother was an elementary school teacher at the school in Newtown.
NBC News said a parent of the shooter was dead inside a home

"The shooting in Connecticut is absolutely horrific and heartbreaking," Colorado Gov. John Hickenlooper said in a statement released Friday. "We know too well what impact this kind of violence has on a community and our nation. Our thoughts and prayers are immediately with the families of those killed. We can offer comfort, but we all know the pain will stay forever."

There were also unconfirmed reports of a second shooter. The principal and school psychologist were among the dead, CNN said. An entire classroom of students was unaccounted for, the Hartford Courant reported, citing unnamed sources.

"Our hearts go out to the people of Newtown," said Steve Hogan, the mayor of Aurora, where 12 people were killed and 58 wounded in a mass shooting at a movie theater there in July. "It is almost incomprehensible that an elementary school would be the site of such violence. We join the nation in praying for the victims, their families and all of those impacted by this terrible tragedy."

Stephen Delgiadice said his 8-year-old daughter heard two big bangs and teachers told her to get in a corner. His daughter was fine. "It's alarming, especially in Newtown, Connecticut, which we always thought was the safest place in America," he said.

The superintendent's office said the district had locked down schools in Newtown, about 60 miles northeast of New York City. Schools in neighboring towns also were locked down as a precaution.
A dispatcher at the Newtown Volunteer Ambulance Corps said a teacher had been shot in the foot and taken to Danbury Hospital. Andrea Rynn, a spokeswoman at the hospital, said it had three patients from the school but she did not have information on the extent or nature of their injuries.

State police said Newtown police called them around 9:40 a.m. A SWAT team was among the throngs of police to respond.

Black Man’s Lust for A White Woman Took Him to His Grave..Literally

And she was ugly on top of that!

Lawyers have begun jury selection in the trial of a woman accused of killing a Lakeland, Fla., lottery winner more than two years ago.

Investigators say Doris "Dee Dee" Moore, 40, befriended Abraham Shakespeare after he won $17 million and eventually swindled him out of his winnings before killing him in 2009.
Moore has denied killing Shakespeare. Lawyers are expected to finish picking the jury later this morning with opening statements expected later today or Wednesday.

Shakespeare, 47, made headlines in 2006 when he won $30 million in the Florida lottery, only to be sued the next year by a co-worker who alleged that Shakespeare had stolen the winning tickets from him. A jury sided with Shakespeare in October 2007, and he took home a $17 million lump-sum payout before taxes.
But like many lottery winners, his life did not change for the better. By 2009, he had burned through much of the money, paying off the mortgages of family and friends.

"I would really like my old life back when I could walk the streets like a normal person without people coming up asking for money," Shakespeare said at the time.
Shakespeare met Moore in 2009 and she promised to manage his money and make it last, according to prosecutors. But Moore has repeatedly defended her actions.

"Every bit of the money was done properly and professionally," Moore said in 2010. "There's no jury that's going to convict me. They're saying that I took a gun, put it up and killed another human being and I would never do that."

Authorities say that Shakespeare was shot twice in the chest by a 38-caliber pistol sometime in April 2009. He wasn't reported missing until November and his body was found Jan. 28, 2010, after days of digging in the woods on a rural property in Plant City, Fla.

There had been a 30-foot-by-30-foot concrete slab that had been poured," Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office spokeswoman Debbie Carter said at the time of the discovery. "The human remains had been found about five feet under the concrete."

Public records show the property off Highway 60 is owned by Shar Krasniqi, the man Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd has identified as the boyfriend of Moore.

Moore was charged as an accessory after the fact to first-degree murder Feb. 2, 2010.
Authorities say they have a surveillance video from a Florida Walmart showing Moore rushing to buy large amounts of duct tape, trash bags and plastic sheeting. But that's not all the evidence investigators say they have. Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd told "Good Morning America" on Feb. 4, 2010, that at the time of Moore's statement to reporters, the police never made it public that Shakespeare was shot.
Authorities say Moore's story began to fall apart at her very first interview with police shortly after Shakespeare was reported missing in November.

"From the very beginning of our investigation, which started seven months after he went missing, we found out she still had Abraham Shakespeare's cellphone and was texting his friends as well as her own cellphone pretending to be Abraham," Judd said.

Moore had made several attempts to make it look as though Shakespeare had been communicating with his family -- offering someone a $200,000 house in exchange for reporting a false sighting, sending his son $5,000 in cash for his birthday and sending text messages -- even though Shakespeare had already disappeared, Polk County authorities said.

Prosecutors are also expected to call Gregory Todd Smith, an informant to authorities, to the witness stand. According to investigators, Moore asked for Smith's help to conceal the killing.
Smith said for months he lived a double life as he worked with Polk County investigators to find Shakespeare's body and it finally paid off when Moore allegedly took Smith and an unidentified man to where the lotto winner was buried, according to WFTS. The trial is expected to last two weeks and prosecutors are not pursuing the death penalty. If convicted, Moore faces life in prison.

Corvette Bought by Suspect DeeDee Moore Returned by Boyfriend

LAKELAND | A 2008 black Corvette allegedly purchased with money from murdered Lotto winner Abraham Shakespeare has been turned over to the Hillsborough County Sheriffs Office.
Shar Krasniqi, 26, who has been described as the boyfriend of Dorice "DeeDee" Moore, gave the vehicle to the Hillsborough office Friday.

Moore, 37, was arrested Feb. 2 by Hillsborough deputies and charged with being an accessory-after-the-fact of first-degree murder. Shakespeare's remains were found Jan. 28 under a concrete slab at a Plant City house. Krasniqi was interviewed by Hillsborough investigators Friday but officials are not disclosing any information about the interview, according to Debbie Carter, a spokeswoman for the agency.

"He did it on his own," Carter said when asked why Krasniqi brought in the Corvette.Krasniqi told The Ledger Monday by e-mail that he was "shocked and sickened to learn about the untimely death of Abraham Shakespeare.''

"Since being notified by authorities working on the case, I have fully cooperated with them," Krasniqi said. "When it was brought to my attention that there was personal property obtained fraudulently, I immediately notified law enforcement that I wanted to expedite its return. I have asked law enforcement about returning other items and at this point I am waiting on them to let me know when and what steps to take to giving back the personal property related to the investigation."

Krasniqi said he could not comment further about his relationship with Moore nor why she listed real estate and companies in his name nor what he knew about money she spent.

Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd said in January that Moore created a limited liability corporation in February 2009, giving herself all authority over transactions.Judd said Moore gave herself $1 million that she told detectives was a gift from Shakespeare. She used the money to purchase a Hummer, the Corvette, a truck and to take vacations.

According to Hillsborough property records, Krasniqi is the owner of the home at 5802 State Road 60 E. in Plant City where Shakespeare's remains were found. The previous owner of the house, Richard Land, said Moore purchased the home with a check from an account for Abraham Shakespeare LLC.

Stitzel Law Firm LLC was located at the house when the body was discovered. Howard Stitzel had reportedly represented Shakespeare in a child-support case and helped with paperwork that transferred mortgages held by Shakespeare to a company that Moore owned.

In addition to listing the house in Krasniqi's name, Moore also had her medical staffing company, American Medical Professionals, listed in his name, Polk sheriff's officials have said.
A house at 5732 S.R. 60 E., next door to the law firm, was leased by Moore and used by Krasniqi for his company, A Stat And Supplies, LLC. According to state records, Krasniqi is the CEO.
Moore's arrest affidavit stated Shakespeare was killed in the house used by Krasniqi for his business and then buried behind the two-story house that Stitzel used.

Shakespeare, 43, had collected a $17 million lump sum Lotto payout in November 2006. He was last seen in April but wasn't reported missing to the Polk County Sheriff's Office until November.Moore told The Ledger in November that she masterminded a plan to help Shakespeare

escape from people bothering him for money and child support problems. The day before her arrest, Moore said she didn't "pull the trigger" and she is "guilty of covering up his death." Reliable Ledger sources have said Shakespeare was shot to death.
An arrest affidavit stated Moore tried to pay someone $50,000 to take the blame for Shakespeare's murder. Records state she also showed a Smith & Wesson .38 caliber revolver to Lakelander Gregory Todd Smith, telling him it was the murder weapon.
Moore is being held in the Hillsborough County Jail in lieu of $1 million bond. Moore needs to post $100,000 to be released and must disclose the source of the bail money.

Another Christian Sex Cult Murder

More christian murder and cover-up.

bethany_deaton.jpg
Gay Evangelicals corrupted and killed
Bethany Leidlein.

When someone tells you they're a Christian, keep an eye on you're wallet and don't drink anything they give you. Why do Christians always want to put something in your drink? A young Arlington woman is dead and her husband along with several other members of her secretive prayer group are suspected of raping her, then killing her and trying to make it look like a suicide.

According to the Fort Worth Star-Telegram, the body of 27-year-old Bethany Leidlein Deaton was discovered in a van near a lake southeast of Kansas City on October 30.

Though the death at first looked like a suicide, Micah Moore, a friend and fellow prayer group member of Deaton's, confessed Friday to murdering her. He claims he acted on the orders of Tyler Deaton, Bethany's husband of a mere ten weeks. Tyler Deaton reportedly feared Bethany was about to tell her therapist that Tyler had been drugging her and forcing her to have sex with his friends as part of their religious activities.

The assailants allegedly recorded their sexual assaults of Bethany Deaton on an iPad, and then wrote poems about the rapes. In his confession, Moore told police that the charismatic, energetic and domineering Tyler Deaton had sex with his male followers as well. The Deatons lived with four other men; three have said they had sex with Tyler and the fourth claims to feel that he was being groomed.

Most in the group are native Texans and graduates of Southwestern University in Georgetown. The group apparently reportedly followed Tyler Deaton en masse from Texas to Missouri to attend a Kansas City institution called the International House of Prayer University, an evangelical missionary training school.
Neighbors of the Deatons recalled seeing their street fill with cars with Texas plates. Most of the cars were driven by men; few women were seen going in the house to attend what was passed off to neighbors as "Bible study" meetings.

A spokesman for IHOPU acknowledged that the Texans were students, but disavowed their clique as "an independent, close-knit group" that operated "under a veil of secrecy."

While Moore has confessed, Tyler Deaton remains merely under investigation by Kansas City authorities. In one detective's report, an unnamed source told police that Tyler had been "angry" and "frustrated" in the weeks leading up to Bethany's death, and even said he had a dream that he suffocated her.
Moore claims that Tyler asked him to kill Bethany because "he knew Micah had it in him to do it," court documents state.

                                                       Gay Christian Husband Micah Moore

When Bethany's body was found, there was a plastic bag over her head. An empty bottle of acetaminophen was in the van's console, along with what seemed to be a suicide note:
"My name is Bethany Deaton," it read. "I chose this evil thing. I did it because I wouldn't be a real person and what is the point of living if it is too late for that? I wish I had chosen differently a long time ago. I knew it all and refused to listen. Maybe Jesus will still save me."

According to her obituary, Bethany Deaton recently graduated from nursing school and planned to accompany her husband on a mission trip soon. The Star-Telegram noted that it had touched on her life twice when she was growing up; they had featured her twice in stories about the benefits of home-schooling.
On his Facebook page, first among Tyler Deaton's favorite quotes is this passage from the Book of Isaiah.
"See, the former things have come to pass, and new things I now declare!...a new song!...I am about to do a new thing; now it springs forth, do you not perceive it?!? For a long time I have held my peace, I have kept still. Now I will cry out!"

So far, only Moore has cried out. He has been charged with first-degree murder.
Kansas City cops are asking for more witnesses to come forth.

Man Gets 3 Years for Raping a Woman and a Horse

Horse Sex Man
A Wilmer, Ala. man admitted to raping a woman and sexually abusing a miniature horse on Tuesday in a plea deal that will allow his release in less than two years.

AL.com reports that Eric Steven Easley was sentenced to three years in prison, but he's already spent 14 months in jail, meaning with time served, he'll be out in 22 months. He was technically sentenced to 15 years, but the deal stipulated that all but three of those be suspended.
The site notes that neither Easley, the prosecuting attorney nor judge Joseph “Rusty” Johnston seemed fully satisfied with the plea deal, which the prosecution claimed it offered because there were "legal issues" surrounding Easley's rape victim.
Easley was arrested in July 2011 after a woman said he broke into her home, raped her and held her for several hours against her will, according to a previous story by AL.com.
In 2010, deputies in Mobile, Ala. said they found evidence that a miniature horse's tail had been tied to a post and the horse had been sexually abused, according to the Weekly Vice.
Deputies found a wallet with Easley's driver's license and Social Security card at the scene.
Judge Johnston dismissed animal cruelty and domestic violence charges as part of the plea deal, but Easley admitted to the charges of rape and killing or disabling livestock.

When she saw her daughter aiming a silver handgun at her, police said, Mrs Boover slammed the door shut and locked it.
The student then allegedly fired three shots at the door, ran to her car and went back to her dorm room at LSU, leaving the 51-year-old uninjured.
NOPD was alerted and Boover's stepfather then called the LSU Police Department and informed them that his stepdaughter could have returned to her dorm at the university campus in Baton Rouge.

LSU police found her car, with Yuhas inside, before discovering the girl in her dorm - finding 'small amounts' of marijuana in the vehicle and the room.
Yuhas told officers about the supposed murder plot, allegedly claiming that he and Boover intended to leave the state and not cooperate with police if they were stopped.
Yuhas has been charged with serving as a principal to attempted first-degree murder, and Boover with attempted first-degree murder. her bail was set at $500,000.
The girl's father, Richard, was divorced from her mother in 2010.
Mrs Boover is very religious and runs a Catholic ministry at Mount Carmel Academy, where her daughter attended school.

Boover used to run track for Mount Carmel, her friend Monica LaForge told WWL-TV, but later transferred to another high school, before completing her prep studies outside regular school.

Ms LaForge said on Thursday: 'Nicole Boover is an amazing person with many outstanding qualities. Thinking ahead and considering consequences is not one of them.'
A minister visiting the suspect's mother at her apartment on Thursday said Boover 'is a good person'.

Reverend Russell added: 'Right now, (the Boover) family is concerned about restoring the family order that has always been there.
'They're good people... We're just trying to get it straightened.'

Father Killed His 15-Month-Old Daughter While He Was ORALLY RAPING HER

Hopefully, when he gets to prison some skinhead NAZI will knock all his teeth out and do the same thing to him.

Steven Deuman evelynne killed 15 month baby oral rape

A U.S grand jury found Steven Deuman guilty of murder after he was accused of killing his 15-month-old daughter by asphyxiation during a horrifying rape. Deuman attempted to convince a jury that he had found his baby daughter on the floor, not breathing and bleeding from the nose. He failed to call an ambulance, and the child was only taken to hospital after her mother returned home and found the child unconscious.

He later told the mother he thought she may have died from choking on a condom.
Mlive.com reports that Prosecutor Phil Green told jurors Deuman had not come up with a plausible reason for why a used condom with his DNA was found in the baby girl’s mouth.
“This was no accident. She couldn’t roll over, much less crawl. She certainly wasn’t capable of overcoming the obstacles on her bed, the pillows, to end up on the floor. Even if (she did), how is she going to suck that condom up?”

According to  SF Gate News, testimonies from witnesses who said Deuman abused them as children assisted in gaining a conviction. The trial was conducted by federal court because the crime took place on an American Indian reservation in Michigan. Jurors took under an hour to convict Deuman of first-degree murder and aggravated sexual assault. The first-degree murder conviction carries a mandatory life prison sentence without parole.

Teacher with HIV sentenced to up to 20 years in prison for having sex with his male students

A homosexual high school teacher who had sex with teenage male students even though he knew he had HIV, apologized to his victims and their families after being sentenced to spend up to 20 years in prison.

Sex offender Brandon Tomblin, a former Wayne Memorial High School teacher, was sentenced to four to 20 years in prison
Tomblin: took advantage of young boys who were told  they were gay

Brandon Tomblin, a former Wayne Memorial High School teacher, pleaded guilty to multiple charges including third-degree and fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct, child sexually abusive activity, using a computer to commit a crime and distributing sexually explicit material to children.Wayne County Assistant Prosecutor Brian Surma said the students did not know Tomblin, 27, had HIV.

Though the court heard the teacher did not coerce the three students into the sex, a Michigan law states that teachers cannot have sexual relations with students.
According to the Observer and Eccentric, the former vocal music teacher said he hopes his wrongdoing can serve as an example to students 'what not to do in their adult life'.

To his parents he said: 'I'm so sorry. I love you so much.'
He has agreed to receive counseling and therapy after the incidents.
His attorney Robert Mullen pointed out that Tomblin had been a steadily employed teacher who had no criminal history and who pleaded guilty to spare his victims the emotional ordeal of testifying during a trial.

He said the Sunday school teacher who was 'conflicted by his own sexuality'.
'He didn't stalk or coerce any of the victims. In the words of one of the victims, they wanted something to happen.' The three teens, aged 16, 17 and 18, testified during a preliminary examination in June.

One teen said he had sex with Tomblin in the teacher's office. Another said the sexual acts occurred at his sister's house and in a car parked close to the school.
The third teen said he and Tomblin traded explicit photos on their cell phones, but never had sex. The charges arose after one teen's mother contacted police.

Scheid Diesel Extravaganza which is held each year at the Wabash Valley Fairgrounds in Terre Haute, Indiana.

The incident reportedly took place on August 26. Debrowolski was charged on August 30 with a misdemeanor count of public nudity. She is scheduled to appear in court again on November 28.

Alesia Thomas dies after being kicked by police

The Los Angeles Police Department is investigating at least five officers after one of them allegedly stomped on a woman’s genitals and she later died of suffocation.

Patrol car video camera captured a struggle between police and Alesia Thomas and several officers on July 22, according to the Los Angeles Times. LAPD Cmdr. Bob Green admitted to the Times that a female officer had followed through with a threat to kick Thomas in the genitals when she resisted being put into the patrol car. Video shows a restrained Thomas struggling to breath in the back of the patrol car. She was taken to a local hospital and later died.

Officers had been attempting to arrest Thomas on suspicion of child endangerment. After the woman resisted arrest, she was put into handcuffs and they placed a “hobble restraint device,” or a binding strap binding, around her ankles. The original police report did not mention the kick to Thomas’ genitals.
“I take all in-custody death investigations very seriously and directed the officers involved be removed from field duties until further details are known, including what part intoxicants and physical conditions contributed,” a statement from LAPD Chief Charlie Beck said. “I am confident we will get to the truth no matter where that leads us.”

Neighbor Gerald McCrary Sr., 55, told the Times that the woman was the aggressor, not the police.
“They were talking to her, asking her to calm down, that everything will be all right,” he explained.
The investigation comes just one day after Beck reassigned the commanding officer of the department’s Foothill Division after video showed two of his officers repeatedly body slamming a handcuffed 34-year-old nurse.

Four-year-old causes stir with her 'Grease' impression, fake cig included

You could say four-year-old "Toddlers & Tiaras" contestant Destiny smoked her competition. But then you'd be associating a pre-schooler with smoking, which would be bad. Apparently, Destiny's mom never had that particular lesson instilled when before encouraging her daughter's impersonation of Sandy from "Grease," fake cigarette and all

Even the judges, who are generally caught off guard by just about nothing, seemed shocked, and did indeed deduct points from her score. Then again, they also rewarded her with the title of "Personality Supreme." We can only hope that in the next pageant, mommy Lisa will have slightly less dubious encouraging words for little Destiny than, "Don't forget to smoke."

Man Who Chopped Up Ex-Girlfriend and Her Fiance Stands Trial

ALLEN PARK, Mich. — A suburban Detroit man accused of fatally shooting his ex-girlfriend and her fiance then chopping off their heads and limbs and dumping their remains into the Detroit River must stand trial, a judge ruled Wednesday.

Allen Park District Court Judge John Courtright said at a preliminary examination that there is enough evidence to try Roger Bowling, 39, in the murder of 32-year-old Danielle Greenway and 42-year-old Chris Hall.

Border Patrol agents and the U.S. Coast Guard found the bodies of Greenaway and Hall floating in the Detroit River and an adjoining canal July 17. The same morning, a man fishing in the river on Detroit’s east side spotted legs, a saw and a suitcase submerged in about 10 feet of water along a seawall. The couple had last been seen three days earlier.
Bowling, who was arrested July 19, had once been in a relationship with Greenaway and had been living with her and Hall at their home in Allen Park just west of Detroit for about a month before the killings.
Investigators, who determined the couple had been shot to death and dismembered in their home, found bullet holes and blood at the property. But efforts had been made to hide evidence of the slayings, assistant Wayne County prosecutor Raj Prasad said.

“There’s not blood everywhere,” Prasad said. “It’s not a house where there is forced entry or where there is blood and bullets. This is a cleaned up house. The only person who would want to clean up the house and hide the crime scene is the person who is still living there. Mr. Bowling is the only person who could have committed this crime.”

A yellow-handled circular saw found in the river with the dismembered legs matched other tools of the same brand found in the Allen Park home, Prasad told Courtright. Defense attorney Mark L. Brown said there was no evidence linking Bowling to the saw or the killings. “Mr. Bowling lived in the house. The tools were in the house,” Brown said. “That doesn’t make him the person who used them.”

Bowling will be arraigned Sept. 5 in Wayne County Circuit Court on murder and other charges.

Armed American Terrorists Plotted to Kill President Obama

‘Armed Militia’ of Soldiers Plotted to Take Over Army Base, Assassinate Obama

Four soldiers killed a former comrade and his girlfriend who they thought had betrayed their  anarchist militia group, a court heard today.

Members of the group, who were charged with the murders in March, had stockpiled assault weapons and plotted to attack the government and assassinate the President, prosecutors told a judge ahead of their hearing on Thursday.
The secret organization was composed of active duty and former U.S. military members who spent at least $87,000 buying guns and bomb components and was serious enough to kill two people. Former soldier Michael Roark and his 17-year-old girlfriend, Tiffany York were executed in the woods  last December in order to keep its plans secret.

On trial: Sgt Anthony Peden (left) and Private Isaac Aguigui (right) are led away after appearing at court last December in Georgia. They are accused of murdering another soldier and his girlfriend to keep their militia's plans secret
On trial: Sgt Anthony Peden (left) and Private Isaac Aguigui (right) are led away after appearing in court last December in Georgia. They are accused of murdering another soldier and his girlfriend to keep their militia's plans secret.

'This domestic terrorist organization did not simply plan and talk,' prosecutor Isabel Pauley told a superior court judge in rural Long County, near the sprawling Army post Fort Stewart, southeast Georgia.

'Prior to the murders in this case, the group took action. Evidence shows the group possessed the knowledge, means and motive to carry out their plans.'
One of the Fort Stewart soldiers charged in the case, Army Pfc. Michael Burnett, also gave testimony that backed up many of the assertions made by prosecutors.
The 26-year-old soldier pleaded guilty on Monday to manslaughter, illegal gang activity and other charges. He made a deal to cooperate with prosecutors in their case against three other soldiers.

Prosecutors said the group called itself F.E.A.R. - short for Forever Enduring Always Ready. Pauley said authorities don't know how many members the militia had.

Burnett, 26, said he knew the group's leaders from serving with them at Fort Stewart. He agreed to testify against fellow soldiers Pvt. Isaac Aguigui, identified by prosecutors as the militia's founder and leader, Sgt. Anthony Peden and Pvt. Christopher Salmon.

All are charged by state authorities with malice murder, felony murder, criminal gang activity, aggravated assault and using a firearm with committing a felony. A hearing for the three soldiers was scheduled for Thursday.

Prosecutors say Roark, 19, served with the four defendants in the 4th Brigade Combat Team of the Army's 3rd Infantry Division and became involved with the militia.
Pauley said the group believed it had been betrayed by Roark, who left the Army two days before he was killed, and decided the ex-soldier and his girlfriend needed to be silenced.

Burnett testified that on the night of December 4, he and the three other soldiers lured Roark and York to some woods a short distance from the Army post under the guise that they were going target shooting.
He said Peden shot Roark's girlfriend in the head while she was trying to get out of her car. Salmon, he said, made Roark get on his knees and shot him twice in the head. Burnett said Aguigui ordered the killings. 'A loose end is the way Isaac put it,' Burnett said. Aguigui's attorney, Daveniya Fisher, did not immediately return a phone call. Attorneys for Peden and Salmon both declined to comment on Monday.
Also charged in the killings is Salmon's wife, Heather Salmon. Her attorney, Charles Nester, did not immediately return a call seeking comment.

Pauley said Aguigui funded the militia using $500,000 in insurance and benefit payments from the death of his pregnant wife a year ago.
Aguigui was not charged in his wife's death, but Pauley told the judge her death was 'highly suspicious'. She said Aguigui used the money to buy $87,000 worth of semiautomatic assault rifles, other guns and bomb components that were recovered from the accused soldiers' homes and from a storage locker. He also used the insurance payments to buy land for his militia group in Washington state, Pauley said.
In a videotaped interview with military investigators, Pauley said, Aguigui called himself 'the nicest cold-blooded murderer you will ever meet'

He used the Army to recruit militia members, who wore distinctive tattoos that resemble an anarchy symbol, she said. Prosecutors say they have no idea how many members belong to the group.

'All members of the group were on active-duty or were former members of the military,' Pauley said. 'He targeted soldiers who were in trouble or disillusioned.'
The prosecutor said the militia group had big plans. It plotted to take over Fort Stewart by seizing its ammunition control point and talked of bombing the Forsyth Park fountain in nearby Savannah, she said.

In Washington state, she added, the group plotted to bomb a dam and poison the state's apple crop. Ultimately, prosecutors said, the militia's goal was to overthrow the government and assassinate the president. The Army brought charges against the four accused soldiers in connection with the slayings of Roark and York in March, but has yet to act on them. Fort Stewart spokesman Kevin Larson said he could not comment immediately on the militia accusations that emerged in civilian court Monday.

District Attorney Tom Durden said his office has been sharing information with federal authorities, but no charges have been filed in federal court. Jim Durham, an assistant U.S. attorney for the Southern District of Georgia, would not comment on whether a case is pending.

Pervert Licking Childrens Feet In Public Library: Blames Black Man

Man arrested for approaching young girls in libraries and licking their feet claims he is being set up by Barack Obama

Police in Rochester, New York, have arrested a man in connection with a series of incidents involving children at local libraries.
Police say 49-year-old Anthony Parri is a serial offender who has a fetish for fondling, smelling and licking children's feet.
Parri denies the charges, claiming instead that he is the victim of a conspiracy that involves state and federal governments, and President Barack Obama.

Proclaiming his innocence: Anthony Parri,
accused of sex abuse and endangering the welfare of a child,
says he is being set up

An employee at Penfield Library in Rochester claims to have seen Parri committing one of the offences on Tuesday - telling police that he approached a six-year-old girl, first removing her shoe and then fondling her foot and pressing it up against his nose and mouth.
The female employee told other staff and the police were called. Parri was arrested outside the library.
Investigators did not know about the second incident, which also involved a young girl at the library, until a concerned parent contacted them and said that her daughter had talked about the incident on the way home in the car.

Further cases: Police are now investigating whether there is a connection between the incidents at Penfield Library and five others in the Brighton/Pittsford area

Parri has been charged with two separate counts of sex abuse and endangering the welfare of a child, and police are now investigating whether he was involved in five similar reported incidents in nearby Brighton and Pittsford.
In each of the five incidents, a man approached girls between the ages of five and ten and licked their feet.
Parri claimed he was innocent of all charges as he arrived and left Penfield Justice Courts on Tuesday.
In a rambling message to waiting reporters, Parri called on all women and children of Rochester to come forward, claiming he had been set up and his case was a federal matter.
Leaving the court, Parri went further, alleging: 'I am being set up by the president, Barack Obama, and city and federal governments.'
According to ABC -13, police have said Parri is not the same man seen in a previously released surveillance photo in connection with the incidents. Investigators identified that man and have cleared him of any wrongdoing.

Black couple BANNED from marrying at white church

Black couple BANNED from marrying at white church after congregation complains

A couple were turned away from a church where they planned to marry just one day before the wedding because they are black, they have claimed. Charles and Te'Andrea Wilson, from Jackson, Mississippi, had already sent out invitations for their wedding at the predominantly white First Baptist Church in Crystal Springs.
But a day before their nuptials, Pastor Stan Weatherford told the couple some church members were opposed to the wedding, which would have been the first between a black couple at the church.

Refused: Charles and Te'Andrea Wilson were turned away from marrying in a predominantly white church after members of the congregation complained. Desperate to be accepted by whites, the couple spent most of the day crying about their rejection.

Instead, Weatherford performed the ceremony at another church.
'The church congregation had decided no black could be married at that church, and that if he went on to marry her, then they would vote him out the church,' Charles Wilson told WLBT TV.
His wife Te'Andrea added: 'People were pitching a fit about us being a black couple. I didn't like it at all because I wasn't brought up to be racist. I was brought up to love and care for everybody.' While the couple are not members of the church, Te'Andrea's father is, and her uncle is employed there. The couple attend the church regularly, they said.
Pastor Weatherford told WLBT TV he was surprised when a small number of church members told him they were opposed to the wedding taking place there.
'This had never been done before here, so it was setting a new precedent, and there are those who reacted to that because of that,' he said.

Explaining why he held the ceremony elsewhere, he added: 'I didn't want to have a controversy within the church, and I didn't want a controversy to affect the wedding of Charles and Te' Andrea.
'I wanted to make sure their wedding day was a special day.'But Charles Wilson said he believes the pastor, who he understands was in a difficult position, should have stood up for them.
He added: 'I blame the First Baptist Church of Crystal Springs, I blame those members who knew and call themselves Christians and didn't stand up.'
Church officials told WLBT they welcome people of any race and will conduct meetings on the issue.
'It's not reflective of the spirit of the Lord and Mississippi Baptists,' the Mississippi Baptist Convention executive director, the Rev. Jim Futral, said. 'It's just a step backward. ... It's a sad thing.'

Congregation members and local officials have said they are disgusted by the actions of some of the members of the church.'This is a small, small group of people who made a terrible decision,' Church member Casey Kitchens told The Clarion-Ledger.
'I'm just ashamed right now that my church would do that. I can't fathom why. How unfair. How unjust. It's just wrong.'
In the face of the reports, Mayor Sally Garland announced she will host a gathering in Crystal Springs on Monday to show that the city is united against racism.
'This is not a reflection of our city,' Garland said. 'We're not going to let this define us.'

Alleged gunman James Holmes entered a midnight showing of the Batman film "The Dark Knight Rises" and opened fire.

Young, white male terrorist, desperate for attention, acted out a scene from
new BATMAN movie, shooting dozens of moviegoers.

Law enforcement officials have identified James Holmes, 24, as the alleged gunman in Friday's shooting inside a movie theater in Aurora, Colo. during a midnight premiere of "The Dark Knight Rises."

Holmes, who lived in an apartment complex five miles from the theater, was taken into custody near his car behind the theater after the attack. The Washington Post reports that the shooter wore a gas mask and set of at least one gas canister before opening fire on the crowd. It is believed that he was armed with a shotgun, a rifle and two handguns.

At least 12 people are dead - 10 who died at the theater and two who where taken to a local hospital where they died as a result of their wounds. Dozens more are injured and some remain in critical condition. Authorities say the death toll could increase.

President Obama and former Massachusetts governor Mitt Romney both expressed their condolences to the victims. Obama said on Friday that he was "shocked and saddened by the horrific and tragic shooting" and has canceled his scheduled campaign events.

Phone Left At Walmart Leads To Child Molesters

Pedophile and girlfriend charged 'after leaving cell phone with child porn' in Walmart shopping cart leading to discovery of 'molested' four-year-old girl

A sex offender and his girlfriend were arrested on Wednesday after a cell phone laden with child porn images was left in a Walmart shopping cart.
The phone allegedly belonged to Alan Robert Johnson, 33, convicted in 2003 of possessing and transporting child pornography, and his partner Jennifer Sparks, 37. The phone was found by a customer on June 2.
It contained pictures of naked boys and girls, said police, who are investigating a possible child porn operation that they believe may involve the parents of one of the girls, aged four.

Registered in Sparks' name, the phone was left in a cart at the Walmart Neighbourhood Market on Pine Island Road in Cape Coral, Florida. Officers tracked down Johnson when they found an email address on the phone which led to him. They also found his Facebook page which displayed several of the same photos found on the cell.

At the couple’s North Fort Myers home, officers also found pictures and videos of the pair molesting and having oral sex with a four-year-old girl, news reported.  "They sexually abused her in every way imaginable," said Lee County Sheriff Mike Scott.
"In fact my most seasoned detectives here said that it's the worst they've ever seen.'
Scott described the pair as 'animals' and said he hoped the girl involved will be able to rebuild her life and move forward.

The girl has since been placed in the custody of the Department of Children and Families. A further investigation is underway into her parents, from Tampa, as police believe they may have intentionally left their daughter with the accused molesters and possibly even paid them.  The Sheriff’s Office said she stayed with the couple around six weeks before being transported to someone in Lakeland, where they suspect similar acts were carried out. Johnson and Sparks remain in Lee County Jail where they are being held without bail. Both face charges of sexual assault against a victim under 12, directing or promoting sexual performance by a child and possession of child pornography.
